Background
The Executive (18 July 2019) authorised a change in the way CYC determines (decides whether to make an order) for definitive map modification order applications (DMMO). Instead of each order being placed before the Executive Member for Transport, the decision was delegated to a senior officer in consultation with the Executive Member and the affected ward councillors.

Decision
Director of Environment, Transport and Planning in consultation with Executive Member for Economy and Transport decided to change the council’s stance towards Strensall 35 from Neutral to Supportive based on the evidence so far.
