The new staffing structure demonstrates a saving of 149k with the remainder coming from a small reduction to the operational budget for the service

HR Comments:
Culture, Tourism and City Centre staff and unions have been consulted and communicated with on a regular basis at meetings and by written correspondence. The implementation of the new structure has been in accordance with City of York Council Supporting Transformation (Management of Change) Policies and procedures. Every effort will be made to mitigate any redundancies through redeployment.
