Late Night Levy

Purpose of Report: To inform Cabinet of a recent consultation carried out in relation to a proposal to introduce a late night levy within the authority area.

Members are asked to consider the report and findings of the consultation and recommend to Full Council if they believe the late night levy should be introduced within the authority area.

 

This report will now be taken to Cabinet in March in order to allow for further consultation and consideration of options.

 

To allow the incorporation of current scrutiny reviews and research on York After Five this report will now be considered at Cabinet in May.

 

This report has been withdrawn from the Forward Plan as it is being incorporated into another report which will come forward in due course.
