Refresh of the Private Sector Housing Strategy

Purpose of Report: The existing 5 year private sector strategy ends in 2013. The report aims to provide an update on its progress and asks members to approve a new 5 year strategy having regard to the new challenges faced by homeowners and the private rented sector within the current national and local policy context.

Members are asked to approve a new 5 year private sector housing strategy.

 

This item has been withdrawn from the Forward Plan as an interim report will instead be presented to the Cabinet Member for Health, Housing and Adult Social Services. The full report will then be taken to Cabinet at a much later date.
