20mph in the West of York - Speed Limit Order Consultation and Petition Response

Purpose of the report: Toconsider objections and representations associated with the Speed Limit Order proposed for residential areas across the West of York. The report will also respond to an online petition against the citywide 20mph proposals which has been signed by 240 people.
The Cabinet Member will be asked to make a decision on whether to accept or overrule the objections and petition in order to proceed, abandon or modify the scheme accordingly.
