Cycle and Pedestrian Link from Sustrans Route 65 to Clifton Business Park

Purpose of Report: The report will outline the aspiration to connect the well-used riverside Sustrans Route 65 cycle path to Clifton Business Park. The Environment Agency's flood bank lies in between and forms a major barrier to movements between them This report puts forward a scheme to provide a pedestrian and cycle link path over the flood bank.
The Cabinet Member is asked to approve the implementation of the pedestrian/cycle path scheme, with signposting, in the current financial year.

 

The reason this item has been withdrawn is to allow further detailed investigatory work and negotiations with third parties before any reports can come forward for a decision.
