100% Affordable Community Housing for Oliver House, Bishophill
We the undersigned petition the council to Support the plan offered by YorSpace to purchase and redevelop Oliver House into 100% affordable housing with community space.
YorSpace is a social enterprise created by York residents who are planning a development based on cohousing principles. We want to create 12-14 residential units with shared community space within the grounds of Oliver House. This community approach would provide an affordable alternative to local residents affected by high house and rental prices. Community input is central to our plans and we need the City of York to back our proposals.
