Protect Towthorpe Household Waste Depot
We the undersigned petition the council to send a clear message to the Cabinet Member for Environmental Services and the controlling Council administration that as residenst of the City of York, we do not accept any diminishment in service, whether this is through reduced operating hours, days of operation or seasonal closures.
We are concerned that this would lead to a gradual erosion of the service at this site and potentially total closure in the future. This is an essential service to City of York Council tax payers and residents.
