21/03/2014 - Response to the DCLG's (Department for Communities and Local Government) Consultation on the Review of Property Conditions in the Private Rented Sector.
Resolved: That the response to the DCLG’s (Department for Communities and Local Government) consultation on the review of property conditions in the private rented sector, as detailed in option 1 (paragraph 7) of the report and attached as an annex to the report, be endorsed by the Cabinet Member.
Reason: So that the council can promote standards which support a healthy and well managed private rented sector.
