procurement via their OJEU compliant framework.
Quality Initiation Call off was agreed.
Full benchmarking was carried out and new rates agreed giving CYC
10/15% reduction on current incumbent.
Procurement & Legal are satisfied with the process and
recommend award on a 2 + 1 + 1 NEC Measured Term Contract
