On 6 March, 2012 the Cabinet established a "credits pot" to be
allocated to wards with the highest levels of deprivation to be
used to commission new services, either from within the Council or
from other partners/sectors, to deliver Ward priorites. This
decision distributes from the pot to the 5 Wards in proportion to
their population.
