Purpose:
Purpose of the report: To
outline the performance of the Highway Maintenance Services
throughout 2012-13, it also proposes a programme of highway works
for 2013-14.
The Cabinet Member is asked to note the performance and outcomes of
2012-13 and approve the list of proposed highway works for
2013-14.
Decision:
The Cabinet Member:-
(i) Noted the review of 2012/13 and proposals for 2013/14.
(ii) Approved the allocation of budgets for 2013/14.
(iii) Approve the implementation of the proposed programme.
REASONS FOR THE DECISION
To ensure delivery of highway maintenance services in an efficient and cost effective manner.
