Purpose of Report: The report presents the core elements of the funding agreement between the Council and York Museums Trust:
i) Common Partnership Objectives for Museums Provision
ii) Agreed Reporting Mechanisms
iii) The Long-Term Financial Plan
iv) The Projected Capital Development Plan
The Executive Member will be asked to agree the Funding Agreement.

Resolved: That the Funding Agreement be approved.
Reason: To ensure a vibrant and sustainable museums service over the long-term.
