of Report: To address the concerns as stated in the above petition,
to offer the Cabinet Member options in order for him to make a
decision on actions to be taken.
The Cabinet Member is asked to consider the options available and
approve the recommendations which follow CYC policies and
procedures.
Decision:
RESOLVED: That the Cabinet Member:
Noted the petition.
Approved Option 1 to rank the footway along with other grade 3 roads for inclusion in a future scheme programme in accordance with the approved process.
REASON: In order that Huntsman Walk be assessed in accordance with the Council’s procedures and ranked accordingly.
