Tender process via CYC Procurement, based on a 60% cost and 40% quality scoring system.

Procurement assessed the price aspect, while two Team Leaders from Housing and Landlord Services assessed the quality aspect.

Based on this system, Oakdale scored highest overall. Due diligence has taken place to confirm that Oakdale is able to deliver the contract. Estimated value of the contract is £49,000 per year.
