The Garden Maintenance contract provides a grass and hedge cutting service for elderly and disabled customers living in Council accommodation. Oakdale NE Ltd are the preferred contractor for this service and the decision to be agreed is to award the contract for the Garden Maintenance Scheme to Oakdale NE Ltd, following on from CYC procurement process.

This contract is awarded for two years with an option to extend for a further two years.
